Click Frenzy - Terms and Conditions (Australia)

1. The “Click Frenzy” Promotion (“Promotion”) is made by Step One Clothing Australia Pty (“Step One”).  
2. The Promotion commences at 7pm on 14th of May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 17th of May 2024 (“Promotion Period”) and applies to selected products only when you click on the Step One deal tile on Click Frenzy and then purchase through Step One’s website (Click Frenzy Purchase) whilst stocks last.  Strictly no promotion prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Promotion Period.  Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One other than in accordance with the Shipping/Returns policy.
3. The Promotion is only available at https://stepone.life. No other offers or promotions can be used together with this Promotion.  
4. Prices are as marked and advertised online and no discount code is needed at checkout.
5. The Promotion cannot be applied to previously purchased products.
6. All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
7. If any products purchased using a Promotion discount are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any applicable Return Policy.
8. Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion at Step One’s discretion.
9. Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice to you.
10. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat from all liability in relation to the Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Step One and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat.
11. This Promotion is subject to our Terms and Conditions, Shipping/Returns and Privacy policies, which are available online at https://stepone.life. 
12. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
